Pricing & Service Fees

Transparent pricing with no surprises. Smith's Signing Services will provide an estimated total before travel or service begins. Notorial fees and mobile/travel fees are separate.

Mobile/ Travel Appointments

Mobile travel fees are based on location, distance, appointment time, and coordination needs. A travel fee is quoted and agreed to before travel begins. Contact us for an exact quote.

Facility/ Healthcare Appointments

Hospital, rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted-living, and other facility appointments may require additional coordination, wait time, witness arrangements, or after-hours scheduling. We will provide the estimated total before confirming the appointment.

Witness Coordination

Independent witness coordination may be available by advance request for an additional fee. Witness eligibility depends on the document and applicable requirements.

Printing / Scanning / Mailing

Printing, scanning, document copying, and certified or tracked mailing of originals may be available for an additional disclosed fee.

Return Trip / Unsuccessful

Appointment: Mobile/ travel and witness-coordination fees compensate Smith's Signing Services for reserved appointment time, travel, and personal coordination. These fees may remain payable if a signing cannot be completed because the signer is unavailable, unwilling to participate, lacks acceptable identification, or is otherwise unable to proceed when the appointment occurs. Notarial fees are charged only for notarial acts actually performed. A return trip or rescheduled appointment may require an additional fee.

Process Server Services

Process-serving assignments are QUOTE BASED. Pricing depends on the type of eligible process, service location, number of parties/ addresses, deadline, number of agreed attempts, travel, and special access requirements.

* Successful service is not guaranteed. Fees compensate for agreed attempts and related work. Assignments are accepted only after review for eligibility under applicable South Carolina law and court rules.
